- Administer prescribed medications under the guidance of a licensed provider.
- Support compliance with regulatory programs related to medication management.
- Identify and address patient barriers by collaborating with Care Coordination.
- Conduct follow-up visits to ensure patient needs are met.
- Patient Interaction:
- Manage incoming patient communications and respond to inquiries.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and process patient orders efficiently.
- Operational Support:
- Prepare for patient visits through pre-visit planning and chart management.
- Ensure examination rooms are ready, greet patients warmly, and maintain medical equipment.
- Leverage EMR systems to execute best practice workflows effectively.
- Document patient interactions and medical histories with precision.
- Complete daily tasks to ensure timely patient care delivery.
- Minimum of one to two years of experience in a medical setting or completion of an accredited Medical Assistant training program.
- Current certification in CPR.
- Hourly wage ranging from $20 to $23.
