Key Responsibilities:
- Fostering a professional and respectful rapport with each client.
- Managing phone communications and responding to messages promptly.
- Coordinating appointment scheduling, including bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations.
- Welcoming new clients, securing necessary waivers, and establishing Client Profiles in our system.
- Facilitating client check-ins and processing session transactions.
- Greeting clients and guiding them to their selected services.
- Delivering all non-medical and non-specialty services.
- Conducting service tours and promoting packages and memberships.
- Performing opening and closing store procedures.
- Staying informed about all products and services available to assist clients in achieving their wellness objectives.
- Educating clients on the various modalities offered by Restore.
- When not engaged with clients, supporting other operational tasks such as maintaining store cleanliness, managing laundry, reaching out to potential customers, engaging in community outreach, organizing store events, and contributing to marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- A passion for health and wellness.
- Minimum of one year of experience in customer service within a retail, service, or fitness setting.
- Willingness to work on weekends.
- Pursuing or holding a degree in kinesiology, exercise science, personal training, or a related discipline.
- Strong communication abilities.
