About the Role

The Customer Service Representative at Mygrant Glass Company Inc. is a critical member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage customer interactions and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  2. Process customer orders and returns with accuracy and efficiency
  3. Assist with inventory management and provide information to customers regarding product availability
  4. Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of customer requests
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications
  • Experience in a customer-facing role is highly desirable
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $52,500 per year, based on location and industry standards. Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, FSA, and 401k plan, as well as holiday, sick, and vacation days.
