Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Plan, direct, and coordinate activities in accordance with company policies, procedures, and governmental regulations.
- Team Leadership: Lead in the development of high-performance teams through supervision, training, coaching, and mentoring.
- Client Relationships: Develop and improve upon assigned client relationships, fostering a 'trusted advisor' status.
- Contract Administration: Understand and administer contract and subcontract agreements.
- Quality Assurance: Manage the project Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) program.
- Risk Management: Provide leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, fee and pricing decisions.
- Compliance: Understand, comply, and advise others on Doyon's business ethics and compliance programs.
- Communication: Provide leadership to foster an environment of diversity and inclusion, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years direct Project Management experience in commercial, civil, or federal government projects.
- Skills: Extensive experience and knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and engineering principles and techniques, as well as accounting principles.
- Certifications: OSHA 30, CPR-First Aid safety, EM, and Construction Quality Management for Contractors (CQMC) or ability to obtain certification.
Doyon Government Group is a family of companies with 8(a), small, and disadvantaged business (SDB) set-aside certifications, and extensive in-house resources. We provide Design-Build and General Construction Services on demolition, new construction, renovations, repairs, and civil projects at government-owned facilities and military installations.
