About Metrohm USA: We are the North American branch of Metrohm AG, a globally recognized leader in laboratory instruments and accessories for analytical testing and research. We are currently seeking a qualified Field Service Specialist. The ideal candidate will be located in the greater Cincinnati area and will provide service coverage across southern and western Ohio, as well as northern and eastern Kentucky.

Your Role: As a Field Service Specialist at Metrohm, you will leverage your expertise in instrumentation and chemistry to address customer challenges and ensure optimal performance of their systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform on-site services including repairs, installations, preventive maintenance, and training.
  • Engage with a variety of laboratories, interacting with diverse clients and observing various applications of our instruments.
  • Manage a busy schedule across a wide territory, maintaining positive customer relationships and collaborating effectively with local sales and support teams.
  • Travel extensively to meet customer needs.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field, along with four years of hands-on experience with scientific equipment is required. Previous business travel experience is advantageous.

Additional Requirements:
A valid driver’s license, stable credit history, and successful completion of a drug screening are necessary. Travel assignments will be determined by management.
