- Training Support: Assist in onboarding and training fellow cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) systems.
- Store Presentation: Uphold cleanliness and organization standards within the cashier area, while adhering to Sephora's merchandising guidelines.
- Inventory Management: Process incoming shipments promptly and maintain stockroom organization in line with company standards.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure all visual elements are accounted for and report any discrepancies to the Operations Supervisor.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain safety and tidiness standards consistently throughout the store.
- Inventory Control: Participate in inventory audits and communicate any inventory-related issues to management.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, ideally in a stockroom setting.
- Strong computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while being attentive to customer needs.
- Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment and lift/carry up to 50 pounds, as well as bend and stretch to stock shelves.
