Key Responsibilities:- Provide personalized support to individuals in their daily lives, promoting independence and self-advocacy.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Develop and implement individualized plans to support participants' goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals, promoting a sense of belonging and connection.
- Competitive hourly rate: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour.
- Paid time off and holiday pay to recharge and maintain work-life balance.
- Full benefits package for employees working 32+ hours/week, including a 401(k) with a 3% company match.
- Opportunities for professional growth and development through training and education.
- No high school diploma required.
- No experience necessary; training provided.
- Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance required for day and evening shifts.
