We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Heritage Bank. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers

- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and banking regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
