Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage a team of landscape construction professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Conduct site visits to inspect progress, identify potential issues, and make adjustments as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a landscape construction foreman or site manager.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects, teams, and budgets.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems, plant identification, drainage systems, and hardscape installation.
- Experience with skid steer and mini excavator operation.
- Physical ability to perform demanding tasks in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
- Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
