About the Role

Alderwood Landscaping is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscape Construction Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of stunning backyard resorts throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of landscape construction professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Conduct site visits to inspect progress, identify potential issues, and make adjustments as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a landscape construction foreman or site manager.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects, teams, and budgets.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
  • Knowledge of irrigation systems, plant identification, drainage systems, and hardscape installation.
  • Experience with skid steer and mini excavator operation.
  • Physical ability to perform demanding tasks in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
