About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Manager to join our team at ITW Commercial Construction. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing our distribution network and ensuring contractor and end-user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop professional relationships with key concrete flatwork decision makers and influencers
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers to secure profitable business opportunities and increase market share growth
  • Manage the territory's distribution network to ensure contractor and end-user satisfaction
  • Utilize sales expertise to facilitate or accelerate implementation of proven PNA innovations into standard specifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of sales experience
  • Experience in construction, concrete, building materials or civil engineering is preferred
  • Proven ability to analyze market and sales data and determine appropriate actions to improve penetration
  • Ability to read construction drawings and analyze project specifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
