About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Manager to join our team at ITW Commercial Construction. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing our distribution network and ensuring contractor and end-user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop professional relationships with key concrete flatwork decision makers and influencers
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers to secure profitable business opportunities and increase market share growth
- Manage the territory's distribution network to ensure contractor and end-user satisfaction
- Utilize sales expertise to facilitate or accelerate implementation of proven PNA innovations into standard specifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of sales experience
- Experience in construction, concrete, building materials or civil engineering is preferred
- Proven ability to analyze market and sales data and determine appropriate actions to improve penetration
- Ability to read construction drawings and analyze project specifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
