Job Title: CAD/Revit Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled CAD/Revit Technician to join our team at Remington & Vernick Engineers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in AutoCAD and Revit, with experience in preparing design drawings and models for municipal, commercial, and industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop 2D AutoCAD drawings and 3D Revit models for building construction documentation.
  • Work with design staff to generate plans, sections, and details based on design discussions.
  • Manage drawing sets and assist with development of as-built drawings by performing field measurements.
  • Update and correct drawings of structural, water, wastewater, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Strong understanding of building information modeling and CAD software.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Two-year technical or associate's degree in Computer-Aided Drafting/Construction Technology.
