Job Title: CADD/REVIT Technician

Remington & Vernick Engineers is seeking a skilled CADD/REVIT Technician to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to assist in the preparation of AutoCAD design drawings and REVIT models for various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AutoCAD and REVIT, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop 2D AutoCAD drawings and 3D REVIT models for building construction documentation.
  • Work with the design team to generate plans, sections, and details based on design discussions.
  • Manage drawing sets and assist with the development of as-built drawings by performing field measurements.
  • Update and correct drawings of structural, water, wastewater, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in AutoCAD and REVIT.
  • Strong understanding of building information modeling and CAD software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Two-year technical or associate's degree in Computer-Aided Drafting/Construction Technology.
  • Experience with BIM360 and coordinating drawings between multiple disciplines.
