The Supervisor will ensure adherence to all safety, quality, and compliance standards set forth by the Company, clients, and regulatory bodies. Additionally, the employee will be accountable for achieving the planned profitability of the accounts under their management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the safety, quality, and performance of the Transportation Account.
- Provide leadership, motivation, and mentorship to the team while encouraging personal development, accountability, and ongoing improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client representatives.
- Engage regularly with clients, employees, and stakeholders to address concerns and explore opportunities.
- Manage the delivery of training programs.
- Address and resolve escalated issues from clients, employees, and stakeholders.
- Implement, manage, and enhance policies, systems, and processes.
- Monitor and maintain appropriate staffing levels in collaboration with Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.
- Achieve financial objectives through effective management of labor, expenses, and revenue.
- Utilize computer-based systems to input, review, extract, and analyze financial and operational data.
- Create, update, and maintain Excel spreadsheets to collect, analyze, and trend data to support management decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, error reduction, and standardization of processes.
- Investigate, report, and resolve discrepancies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach.
- Highly organized, efficient, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to prioritize and respond to high-volume communications in a dynamic work environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with frontline employees and senior management.
- Willingness to learn new systems and share knowledge with others.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in janitorial or custodial operations.
- Successful completion of a drug screening is required.
- Aviation experience is preferred.
- Must meet all requirements for obtaining necessary security clearances.
