As a Trainee Restaurant Operations Manager, you will embark on a journey within one of the most rapidly expanding quick-service restaurant chains. Join the Domino's Franchise team and engage in a comprehensive training program designed to prepare you for the role of a Restaurant General Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead restaurant operations to achieve top-tier performance.
- Enhance the Domino's Pizza brand image through professionalism and effective communication.
- Analyze daily sales, food costs, and labor, making necessary adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Oversee the training and development of team members.
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards.
- Inspire and motivate staff through exemplary leadership.
- Safeguard cash, inventory, and assets in line with company policies.
General Duties for All Team Members
- Operate various restaurant equipment.
- Stock ingredients from delivery to storage areas.
- Prepare menu items.
- Handle telephone orders efficiently.
- Conduct inventory checks and complete necessary documentation.
- Perform daily cleaning of equipment and facilities.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least one year of management experience, preferably with prior Domino's experience.
- Must be at least 18 years old and pass background checks.
- Meet company image standards.
- Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and an insured vehicle.
- Ability to manage tasks, work independently and collaboratively, and maintain composure under pressure.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Capability to spend significant time on your feet.
Additional Information
This position is for a new store that is yet to open. Training will occur at a nearby location, and all team members will initially work from a different site until the new store is operational.
