Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Staff Machine Learning Engineer to join our team, responsible for driving the vision and execution of LiftIQ, our Marketing Experimentation and Optimization Platform. As a technical leader, you will be accountable for building scalable Machine Learning data products for experimentation and optimization, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and refine the platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development of predictive analytics platforms using machine learning algorithms and techniques.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product owners to build a system that helps marketing stakeholders optimize ROI.
  • Design and engineer efficient and resilient ML platforms and software products that run at scale.
  • Participate in design, architecture, and code reviews, foster collaboration, and guide the team through roadmap deliverables and other technical challenges.
  • Raise the bar of ML engineering by improving best practices, producing exemplary code, documentation, automated tests, and thorough monitoring.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in full-stack software development, machine learning, data science, or quantitative insights, with experience in Python, Spark, and React. Additionally, you should possess expertise in machine learning algorithms and techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, and ensemble techniques.
