We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our team, who will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing efficient CNC machining operations. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in CNC programming, with expertise in multi-axis machines, milling equipment, and lathes.

Responsibilities
  • Create CNC programs for 5-axis milling operations, ensuring seamless integration with manufacturing and quality functions.
  • Foster effective communication with customers and suppliers to resolve process and design issues, promoting a culture of collaboration and mutual respect.
  • Develop and implement lean manufacturing principles in cell environments, incorporating techniques such as quick changeovers, SMED, and design optimization.
  • Leverage expertise in Fanuc, Siemens controllers, UG NX, airfoil programming software, and cutting tool knowledge to drive process improvement and innovation.
