Job Summary

We are seeking a Director of Mission Critical facilities to join our team of experts. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for creating and expanding ARCO's footprint in the Mission Critical, Data Center, and Power Based Building spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and expand ARCO's presence in the Mission Critical industry
  • Develop and manage the execution of the Mission Critical sales plan
  • Provide technical value and project success through experience in design, project delivery, operations, and IT services
  • Design and manage construction of Mission Critical facilities from concept to completion
  • Coordinate and manage the sales/proposal process, including preliminary layout and design
  • Assist with SPOF analysis, constructability, and commissioning on projects as needed
  • Partner with business development team as a subject matter expert
  • Identify and develop relationships with industry professionals to generate new business opportunities
  • Attend trade shows and association meetings to stay abreast of market conditions and establish relationships
  • Research and analyze key economic factors influencing market activity
  • Provide ongoing progress updates on new business development activities and industry trends
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering or related discipline with a minimum GPA of 3.0
  • 5-10 years' technical sales and facility design experience within the Mission Critical industry
  • CMCO, CMCP or DCD advanced certifications preferred
  • Experience in advanced/high-tech Mission Critical sectors highly preferred
