Your Role

We are in search of Professional Food Expeditors / Food Runners who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and embodying our mission. Ideal candidates will possess prior experience in hospitality, demonstrating professionalism, accountability, and a strong commitment to teamwork. This position requires a thorough understanding of our culinary offerings and the ability to effectively communicate this to our patrons. Our Expos and Food Runners are essential in ensuring that each dish reflects our core values.

Compensation:

Annual earnings range from 32k to 47k (Hourly + Tips)

Training and Experience Requirements:

Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Minimum Qualifications:

Ability to stand for extended periods.
Capacity to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
Ability to perform all job functions while adhering to the specified uniform, including appropriate footwear.
Clear and effective communication skills.
Proficiency in English or Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Execute job functions in line with performance standards.
  2. Conduct expo setup, running side work, and closing duties.
  3. Maintain and enhance product knowledge through ongoing training.
  4. Garnish dishes with appropriate fresh garnishments.
  5. Report any food quality or presentation concerns to the Chef and/or Leadership.
  6. Monitor ticket times and communicate any issues to the Chef and/or Leadership.
  7. Ensure service line safety and sanitation, reporting any concerns to the Chef and/or Leadership.
  8. Deliver food promptly from the kitchen to the designated table.
  9. Emphasize teamwork in all interactions.
  10. Perform additional related duties as assigned by the Leadership Team.
