Your Role

We are in search of Dedicated Food Expeditors / Food Runners who will embrace this mission and contribute to our outstanding team of culinary experts. Ideal candidates should possess prior experience in hospitality, showcasing professionalism, accountability, and a strong commitment to teamwork. This position requires thorough knowledge of our culinary offerings and the ability to effectively communicate this to our guests. Our Expos and Food Runners are vital in ensuring that each dish embodies our core values.

Compensation:

32k-47k/year (Hourly + Tips)

Required Experience:

Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be able to stand for extended periods.
Must be capable of lifting at least 50 pounds.
Ability to perform all job functions while adhering to the specified uniform, including appropriate footwear.
Clear and effective communication skills.
Proficiency in English or Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Execute job functions in line with performance standards.
  2. Conduct expo setup, manage side work, and fulfill closing duties.
  3. Maintain product knowledge through ongoing training.
  4. Garnish dishes with appropriate fresh garnishments.
  5. Report any food quality or presentation concerns to the Chef and/or Leadership.
  6. Monitor ticket times and communicate any issues to the Chef and/or Leadership.
  7. Ensure service line safety and sanitation; report any concerns to the Chef and/or Leadership.
  8. Deliver food promptly from the kitchen to the designated table.
  9. Foster a spirit of teamwork at all times.
  10. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Leadership Team.
