Our organization is accredited by the Council on Accreditation (COA) and employs a dedicated team of professionals committed to making a difference in the lives of those we serve.

Role Summary: This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of case management activities, providing essential support and leadership to Dependency Case Managers.

The following responsibilities outline the core functions of this position, but are not exhaustive of all duties that may be required.

  • Recruit, train, and inspire Dependency Case Managers to achieve assigned objectives.
  • Offer guidance and review of court documentation prepared by Dependency Case Managers.
  • Assist Dependency Case Managers in identifying and eliminating administrative barriers to ensure timely child placement.
  • Align team objectives with the organization’s mission and values.
  • Maintain accurate record-keeping and documentation in compliance with legal and organizational standards.
  • Participate in various meetings, including permanency conferences and court hearings.
  • Provide timely updates regarding staff assignments and meetings to Dependency Case Managers.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with the Department of Children and Families and other relevant agencies.
  • Manage disciplinary actions and terminations in accordance with organizational policies.
  • Perform additional related duties as necessary.
Qualifications:

Experience:

  • A minimum of two (2) years in Human Services or Child Welfare programs.
  • Prior experience in a Case Management role.

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field.
  • Master's degree is preferred.
  • Child Welfare Professional Certification is required.
