Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a New Home Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, guiding customers through the home building process, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and guide customers through the home building process
  • Meet with potential buyers and guide them through the requirements needed to build a Simplicity Home on their lot(s)
  • Collaborate with customers and senior project managers to gather important information from jurisdictions and utility providers to determine if their property is buildable
  • Ensure information is accurately documented in the contract and the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Use marketing initiatives to grow brand awareness with the local community and potential home buyers to generate adequate traffic and sales
  • Participate in recurring sales training via our proprietary sales enablement platform, as well as in person
  • Collaborate with the sales team and present quarterly business plans to our builder partners to meet given sales goals
Requirements
  • Ability to receive and manage qualified leads with strong follow-up skills and disciplined execution
  • Self-motivated and able to set your schedule to generate sales
  • Passion and skill for interacting with customers in large purchase decisions
  • Comfortable in CRM systems (i.e. Salesforce)
  • Proficient computer knowledge/skills (i.e., MS Office Suite such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Reliable transportation is required to facilitate travel throughout your workday
  • Valid driver's license and current liability insurance are required
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales/service/professional business role is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred
  • Background checks required
What We Offer
  • Annual base salary $24,000 - $48,000 plus uncapped commissions
  • Income earning potential is based on sales performance and can range from $100,000 to $175,000, contingent upon meeting targeted sales expectations and the conditions outlined in a written employment agreement
