- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide a safe and efficient operating room environment.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures, as well as maintain professional growth and development.
- Participate in the scrub role as assigned, working closely with surgeons and other healthcare professionals.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of scrub experience or equivalent preferred.
- CPR certification and Certified Surgical Technologist certification required within 3 months of employment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with exposure to body fluids, waste, and chemicals.
- On-call availability, rotating shifts, and flexibility to deal with stressful situations.
