Role Responsibilities:

We are looking for dedicated, empathetic, and dependable RBTs to join our growing team in North Carolina and make a significant impact. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing ABA therapy programs developed by a BCBA.
  • Conducting direct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients, focusing on skill development and behavior modification.
  • Collecting and analyzing data on client progress and behavior using established methods.
  • Assisting in the creation of behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision.
  • Collaborating with caregivers and team members to ensure consistent application of treatment strategies.
  • Adhering to ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality in all interactions.
  • Participating in ongoing training and supervision sessions led by BCBAs.
  • Creating a safe and supportive environment for clients during therapy.
  • Documenting and reporting client responses and progress to the supervising BCBA.

Work Settings:

  • Therapy is delivered in home, clinic, and community environments. Choose the setting that best fits your preferences.
  • Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

Compensation:

Hourly rate ranges from $19 to $27, based on experience.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Completion of the RBT 40-hour training course.
  • Registered Behavior Technician certification is advantageous.
  • Tricare certification is beneficial.
