Compensation Structure:

While our industry primarily operates on a commission basis, we understand the financial hurdles that may arise when transitioning from a salaried role. Qualifications:

  • A California Department of Real Estate broker's or salesperson's license is required or must be in the process of being obtained.
  • Experience in commercial real estate is highly preferred.
  • A bachelor's degree is mandatory.
