We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Billing Specialist to join our team at Quest National Services. As a key member of our Account Management team, you will play a critical role in evaluating denials, working with insurance companies, and ensuring timely payment of medical claims.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and resolve denied claims from EOBs and ERAs
- Work closely with the Account Management team to ensure high standards of customer service
- Run standard monthly reports and perform follow-up with insurance tracking reports as directed
- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements
- Minimum 2 years of recent medical billing experience
- Experience working in multiple billing software solutions
- Experience working in multiple specialties
