Position Details:- Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Location: Delaware, OH (High School Setting)
- Contract Length: Full School Year (2024-2025)
- Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students' speech, language, and communication needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals for students.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support students' academic and social success.
- Provide direct therapy in individual and group settings.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines.
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Ohio SLP licensure (or the ability to obtain one prior to the start of the school year).
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred but CFY candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with a passion for working with students.
