Job Posting: Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for High School Delaware, OH (2024-2025 School Year)

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive team for the 2024-2025 school year in Delaware, OH. This full-time position is tailored for those passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of high school students, helping them overcome communication challenges and succeed academically and socially.

Position Details:

  • Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Location: Delaware, OH (High School Setting)
  • Start Date: August 2024
  • Contract Length: Full School Year (2024-2025)
  • Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students speech, language, and communication needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals for students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support students academic and social success.
  • Provide direct therapy in individual and group settings.
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid Ohio SLP licensure (or the ability to obtain one prior to the start of the school year).
  • ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred but CFY candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous experience in a school setting is a plus.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with a passion for working with students.
