About the Role

At Heartland Financial USA, Inc., we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workforce. As a Treasury and Payment Solutions Sales Analyst II, you will play a key role in supporting our Treasury Management Officers in growing revenue and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver proposals, RFPs, and sales presentations to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with Treasury Management Officers and Commercial Bankers to identify cross-sale opportunities and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Provide internal customer support by driving the sales culture and vision within our member banks.
  • Manage sales support functions, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive relationship reviews, including account structure, industry updates, and product/service recommendations.
  • Prepare pre-call planning materials and participate in joint sales calls to ensure a working knowledge of customer bases.
  • Lead sales efforts for small business clients, including bundled treasury products and cards.
  • Generate and distribute bank-specific Salesforce reporting to member banks.
  • Coordinate exception pricing updates and approvals, and review account analysis to ensure accurate billing.
  • Monitor weekly Salesforce dashboards and resolve discrepancies between sales opportunities and implementations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or Finance.
  • 3-5 years of banking-related experience, preferably in sales and commercial banking.
  • Knowledge of cash management products, principles, and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated accuracy and thoroughness.
