Position Summary: The Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and providing graphic and administrative support to the service team, aiding in the management of existing accounts and the pursuit of new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a liaison and graphic designer to offer marketing assistance to Account Managers.
  • Utilize desktop publishing tools to create, print, bind, and deliver all Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and client presentations.
  • Develop marketing materials and invitations as needed, while maintaining a comprehensive database of proposal components, including images and graphics.
  • Organize and manage prospect and customer files, including the setup and processing of inactive files.
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately; proficiently operate office equipment such as fax machines, scanners, printers, and copiers.
  • Support the service team in assembling marketing materials, proposals, and presentations for clients and prospects.
  • Input and manage prospect and customer data within relevant applications.
  • Provide word processing support as required.
  • Maintain the agency management system with accurate information.
  • Oversee inventory and coordinate the ordering of essential office supplies.
  • May assist with agency billing and processing financial requests.
  • Engage effectively with applicable agency management systems.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the service team.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience; 2-4 years of relevant work experience.

Skills: Proficient in InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and PageMaker; excellent oral and written communication abilities; strong customer service skills, including effective telephone and listening capabilities; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; adept problem-solving and time management skills; intermediate typing proficiency; ability to collaborate within a team and promote teamwork; capable of prioritizing tasks for multiple projects and deadlines.
