Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Phlebotomist II Site Lead to join our team at Quest Diagnostics. As a Site Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of phlebotomists and ensuring the smooth operation of our Patient Service Center (PSC).

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect blood specimens from patients in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Lead a team of phlebotomists and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure that all laboratory tests are performed accurately and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve productivity and quality.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and management.
Requirements
  • Three years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
  • Keyboard/data entry experience.
  • Flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime.
  • Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record, if applicable.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Patient Service Center environment.
  • Customer service experience in a retail or service environment.
