Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Mixologist, you will expertly craft and serve beverages to our guests, providing outstanding service with a personal touch. Your responsibilities go beyond drink preparation; you will serve as an ambassador for our establishment, creating unforgettable experiences and nurturing lasting relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Greet and serve guests promptly and with courtesy.
  • Accurately prepare drinks and efficiently process orders.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by serving food and beverages in a timely manner.
  • Observe guest behavior and communicate any concerns to management as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar tools and equipment.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and management.
  • Assist with inventory management and delivery handling.
  • Adapt to the dynamic nature of the work environment.

Qualifications

  • Ideally, 1 year of experience in bartending.
  • Commitment to delivering personalized guest experiences.
  • Strong knowledge of wines and spirits, along with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in cash handling and related procedures.
  • Relevant certifications in food safety and alcohol service.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
