Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Technician to join our team at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett. As a Medical Laboratory Technician, you will play a critical role in the diagnosis and treatment of patients by performing laboratory tests and analyzing results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform laboratory tests on patient specimens, including blood, urine, and other body fluids.
  • Analyze test results and report findings to healthcare providers.
  • Conduct quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure accurate test results.
  • Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve test-related issues.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in a related science field.
  • ASCP/ASCPi/AMT certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced laboratory environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
