About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at West Valley Hospital in Dallas, Oregon. As a key member of our Diagnostic Imaging department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.

Responsibilities
  • Select appropriate radiation exposure factors according to body area, body habitus, and patient condition.
  • Perform X-ray exams and demonstrate proficiency in the use of PACS and radiology/hospital information systems.
  • Exhibit an understanding of ALARA guidelines by strictly adhering to the Imaging Department's Radiation Safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Associate of Sciences degree from an accredited program.
  • Eligible to be licensed by OBMI and ARRT within six (6) months of hire.
  • ARRT National Radiology License required within 6 months.
  • Radiography License - Must be licensed with the Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) in Radiography.
  • Basic Life Support required within 90 days of hire.
