Position Summary:

The Revenue Optimization Intern will play a vital role in formulating and executing competitive pricing methodologies. This position involves collaboration with multiple teams to ensure our pricing strategies are in sync with market dynamics. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and a keen interest in real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Assist in gathering and analyzing data from diverse sources to derive insights on pricing strategies and market trends.
  • Collaboration: Partner with leasing, marketing, and local market teams to create and implement effective pricing strategies.
  • Market Monitoring: Aid in reviewing properties with extended market times and develop optimal rental strategies to facilitate quicker leasing.
  • Performance Reporting: Support ongoing rent adjustments across designated markets to align with industry standards.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on current industry trends and competitor pricing to ensure our strategies remain competitive.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Familiarity with data analysis software and reporting tools.
  • Basic knowledge of email marketing and website management.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
