Position Overview

The Security Operations Specialist at PCH, Inc. plays a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for all employees and visitors. This position involves the implementation of advanced security measures and proactive risk management strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advanced Surveillance: Employ cutting-edge surveillance technologies, including high-definition security cameras, to ensure thorough monitoring of all premises, effectively deterring potential security threats.
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct frequent safety evaluations and risk analyses, promptly identifying and mitigating potential vulnerabilities to uphold a secure atmosphere for both guests and staff.
  • Emergency Collaboration: Establish and maintain strong communication lines with local emergency services and law enforcement to bolster our emergency response strategies.
  • Incident Reporting: Manage a digital incident reporting system to facilitate efficient documentation and follow-up on security incidents, safety hazards, or suspicious activities, ensuring rapid response and resolution.
  • Visible Security Presence: Ensure a consistent presence of security personnel across the property, enhancing the sense of safety and providing assistance to guests and staff alike.
