Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example and possess solid analytical capabilities with excellent customer service skills.

Requirements:
  • Greater than 1-year experience with Epic.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a healthcare IT setting.

  • Able to remain flexible and adaptable with respect to changing end-user needs.
  • Able to demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in a core Epic application.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office applications and web browsers.
