Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Service Operations Coordinator to join our team in Montgomery, NY. This role is responsible for coordinating service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop Daily Workforce Plans: Create daily and weekly workforce plans to optimize customer service and productivity.
  • Communicate with Customers: Regularly update customers on maintenance schedules, billing concerns, and service issues.
  • Maintain Shop Productivity: Ensure shop productivity by optimizing work plans and maintaining accurate records.
  • Coordinate with Vendors: Hold vendors accountable for quality and adherence to schedule for outside work.
Requirements:
  • Customer Service Experience: 2 years of customer service experience required.
  • Hands-on Mechanical Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on mechanical experience required.
  • Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree, technical school degree, or Bachelor's degree preferred.
