We are currently seeking a Customer Service Associate for our Collision Center. This position is essential in managing repair orders, processing customer payments, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate customer appointments efficiently
  • Finalize repair orders and communicate total costs to clients
  • Ensure accuracy in repair documentation
  • Maintain an organized filing system for easy access to information
  • Balance daily cash drawer with accuracy
  • Address customer concerns promptly and professionally
  • Engage with both staff and customers in a courteous manner
  • Comply with safety standards and industry regulations
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in a cashier or related position
