We are currently seeking a Customer Service Associate for our Collision Center. This position is essential in managing repair orders, processing customer payments, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate customer appointments efficiently
- Finalize repair orders and communicate total costs to clients
- Ensure accuracy in repair documentation
- Maintain an organized filing system for easy access to information
- Balance daily cash drawer with accuracy
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Engage with both staff and customers in a courteous manner
- Comply with safety standards and industry regulations
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a cashier or related position
- Skilled in using multi-line phone systems and computer applications
- Strong focus on customer service
- Able to perform well in a dynamic work environment
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
