As an Industrial Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical systems of plant/production machinery, as well as installing, servicing, modifying, and repairing wiring, conduits, fixtures, and related electronic controls of varying design or complexity in an industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical problems of plant machinery and plant in general.
  • Perform maintenance and electrical functions and troubleshoot to correct inefficiencies and prevent equipment downtime by completing regular PMs.
  • Ensure the maintenance and preventive maintenance of corrugating plant process equipment to achieve world-class results.
  • Work with the maintenance crew to carry out maintenance and repair projects in mechanical, fabrication, plumbing, welding functions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of technical school education and experience.
  • Working knowledge of Electrical and Mechanical Systems, computers in an industrial environment, including hardware, software configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot various pneumatic, hydraulic systems, working knowledge of PLCs and motors.
  • Knowledge of computer and automated machines.
  • Strong maintenance, plumbing, electrical background (manufacturing preferred) in AC/DC motor control, troubleshooting, and electrical wiring codes.
