As a Medical Office Manager with H2 Performance Consulting, you will have the opportunity to work with a collaborative team, develop your skills and expertise, and contribute to our mission of providing outstanding patient care and business growth.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Lead daily operations at our Milton location, ensuring seamless patient care and business growth
  • Collaborate with corporate staff to achieve organizational objectives and goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, employee engagement, and operational efficiency
  • Provide guidance and support to office staff, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in medical management or a related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHRs) and other software applications
