About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow to join our team in Milton, FL.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to complete their Clinical Fellowship in a supportive and collaborative environment.

The successful candidate will provide high-quality speech and language services to a diverse caseload in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify student needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support student progress.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student achievement.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to goal development.
  • Stay current with best practices and emerging research in the field of speech-language pathology.

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Eligible for Clinical Fellowship through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
  • State licensure or ability to obtain licensure in Florida
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about working with children and helping them achieve their full potential
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
