We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapy Specialist to join our team at the U.S. Army. As a Physical Therapy Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping licensed Physical Therapists treat and rehabilitate patients suffering from a variety of injuries and illnesses.
Key Responsibilities- Administer physical therapy treatments to patients to help them recover from injuries and illnesses.
- Assist licensed Physical Therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans for patients.
- Provide patient care and education to help patients understand their treatment plans and how to manage their conditions.
- Conduct physical therapy assessments to identify patients' needs and develop treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Possess an associate degree in physical therapy from a Physical Therapy Assistant's Program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) and have one year of work experience as a PTA.
- Be a U.S. Citizen or a permanent resident with a valid green card.
- Have a high school diploma or a GED.
- Be able to pass a drug screening.
- Be available for interview within 7 days of being contacted.
