A Day in the Life
As a Physical Therapist at JAG Physical Therapy, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective treatment plans for patients with a range of orthopedic conditions. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes. Your expertise will be valued and respected, and you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic conditions
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with physical therapy assistants, athletic trainers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Document patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with departmental policies and procedures
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy, and be licensed to practice in the state where you are employed. Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) and a valid CPR certification are also required. Additionally, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
