Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for evaluating physical therapy needs and implementing comprehensive plans of care. Responsibilities- Evaluate physical therapy needs and develop comprehensive plans of care
- Conduct initial evaluations and generate therapy diagnoses
- Manage a caseload and see patients with whom you develop a plan of care
- Complete timely clinical notes
- Graduate of a Physical Therapy Program from an accredited American Physical Therapy Association school
- Active New York license
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills

Hours per week: 20-40
Work location: One location
Workplace setting: Private practice
Salary: $75,322.00 - $96,000.00 per year

Schedule: 8 hour shift, day shift, Monday to Friday, night shift
Education: Master's (Preferred)
License/Certification: CPR Certification (Preferred), Physical Therapy License (Required)
