Position Overview
At JC Resorts, we pride ourselves on being a premier destination for relaxation and rejuvenation. Our resort features an acclaimed spa, nestled within the serene landscapes of San Diego. We are dedicated to providing exceptional experiences for our guests, and we are seeking enthusiastic individuals who are committed to delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to all guest inquiries and requests.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all operational procedures within the spa.
- Perform routine tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing locker rooms, and processing guest transactions.
- Provide accurate information regarding spa services, policies, and special events.
- Assist in promoting and organizing special events as directed.
Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of one year of experience in a customer service or retail environment. Experience in spa reception is preferred. Candidates should possess strong mathematical skills and demonstrate knowledge of professional telephone etiquette.
