Accounting Coordinator Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Coordinator to join our team at RBC Bearings. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and reconciling accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with established standards and procedures.
  • Prepare and generate financial reports as needed, providing timely and accurate information to support business decisions.
  • Record and process financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Reconcile bank statements and accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting department, including typing, preparing, and maintaining accounting documents and records.
  • Process invoices, manage customer and vendor accounts, and ensure compliance with established procedures.
  • Research, track, and resolve accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems, with the ability to learn new systems and procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
