The Role

We're seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you'll be responsible for understanding the needs of potential customers and demonstrating how our platform can solve their communication challenges. You'll focus on identifying opportunities, managing the sales process from start to finish, and ensuring clients see the value in what we offer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create engaging and effective sales presentations tailored to client needs
  • Thoughtfully navigate sales cycles, maintaining control while ensuring customer comfort
  • Encourage prospect/customer site visits to learn more about their use cases
  • Develop robust account plans and stakeholder maps for key accounts
  • Design creative outreach strategies and support account-based marketing activities and campaigns to unearth leads
  • Leverage partner integrations to differentiate ScreenCloud and encourage partner sales reps to open doors to potential ScreenCloud customers
  • Negotiate pricing and commercial terms, alongside our contract management team
Requirements
  • A strong track record of sales in a SaaS environment
  • Comfortable discussing technical products and simplifying complex ideas for different audiences
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage long and sometimes complex sales processes
  • Self-motivated, with a focus on results
  • Ability to attend industry events and travel to client sites as required
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Willingness to learn and develop professionally
