We are seeking a highly skilled Research Nurse Coordinator to join our team at the Helen F. Graham Cancer Center & Research Institute. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of protocol treatment and monitoring, ensuring compliance with study protocols, and maintaining accurate patient research charts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient enrollment, screening, and data collection for clinical trials
- Implement and evaluate protocol-related care of participants
- Communicate with investigators, hospital staff, and sponsors to ensure effective clinical research activities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient research charts
- Develop and implement strategies to remove barriers to care
Requirements:
- DE RN License or Compact Nursing License
- BSN required or commitment to obtain BSN within three years of the hire date
- BLS Required
- Minimum of two years oncology experience required
- Certification in oncology nursing preferred
