Job Title: Clinical Nurse

Family Allergy & Asthma is seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse to join our team. As a Clinical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and documenting patient information.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Conduct allergy testing and other diagnostic procedures as needed.
  • Assist with patient education and counseling on medication use and environmental control.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Nursing (LPN/RN) with an active and unrestricted TN Nursing License or an eNLC multistate nursing license.
  • 1-2 years of nursing experience in an office setting, preferred.
  • Previous allergy/asthma experience preferred.
  • CPR certification required.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • Ability to travel to satellite offices as needed.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
Work Environment:

The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing high-quality patient care. The Clinical Nurse will work in a team-based environment, collaborating with healthcare providers and other staff members to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

The Clinical Nurse will be required to stand and walk for long periods, with occasional lifting and moving of up to 30 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, with standard lighting.

The Clinical Nurse will be subject to infectious waste, potential exposure to allergens in concentrated forms, diseases, and conditions.
