Shift Details:

1st Shift, Tuesday - Saturday, 5:30am - 3:30pm

1st Shift, Thursday - Monday, 5:30am - 3:30pm

2nd Shift, Sunday - Thursday, 1:00pm - 11:00pm

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Leader who can inspire excellence within their team. Compensation and Benefits:

The annual salary range for this position is $66,560 - $79,872. GXO believes this range reflects the potential compensation for this role at the time of posting. Actual pay may vary, and this range is applicable for positions in California. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and additional benefits for eligible employees.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the efficient operation of the warehouse and prepare work schedules.
  • Lead the team while providing training and coaching to enhance performance.
  • Monitor work quality to ensure exceptional customer service delivery.
  • Understand and implement the company’s quality policy.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with the 7S program.
  • Communicate effectively with leadership, team members, and other departments.
  • Execute continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with computerized scanning equipment.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may involve weekends.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or a related discipline.
  • 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Experience in an AS9100 or ISO certified environment.
  • Background in warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL).

Physical Requirements:

This position requires the ability to:

  • Lift objects of varying shapes, sizes, and weights.
  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
  • Reach, bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat, and kneel.
  • Handle tools or equipment safely.
  • Tolerate varying temperatures in a warehouse setting.
